We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This hybrid position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a self-starter mentality, and experience in outreach-driven sales. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails, generating leads, and attending community events to expand our reach. This role requires excellent organization, punctuality, and honesty. Political campaign or advocacy experience is strongly preferred, as this role involves engaging with communities and stakeholders in politically sensitive environments. Candidates based in Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., or West Virginia are preferred due to occasional in-person responsibilities. Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and send cold emails to potential clients across the U.S.
- Generate leads and track outreach activity in Excel or Google Sheets
- Attend festivals, town halls, and community events to promote the company and gather leads
- Organize and maintain accurate lead lists and communication records
- Meet and exceed outreach and conversion targets, with big bonuses for results
- Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects and internal team members
- Collaborate on sales strategies and contribute to team goals
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, cold calling, cold emailing, or lead generation
- Proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be highly organized, punctual, and honest
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
- Based in MD, VA, DC, or WV (preferred)
- Willingness to attend occasional in-person events
- Outgoing personality and a strong desire to connect with people
