Messaging Analyst

About Us:

• We’re a small, political texting platform helping campaigns and advocacy organizations launch compliant and effective messaging programs. We're seeking a Messaging Specialist to join our fast-moving team and manage the registration and compliance process for 10DLC political texting.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the 10DLC registration process, including Campaign Verify and The Campaign Registry (TCR).
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure timely approval of messaging programs.
• Monitor and enforce compliance within our platform.
• Track all registrations and account statuses in an organized system.
• Stay current with 10DLC policy changes and industry updates.
• Develop internal documentation and best practices for registration workflows
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new sending opportunities and streamline registration processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–3 years of experience in politics, campaigns, or political digital operations (preferred).
• Familiarity with A2P/P2P texting platforms and compliance (a strong plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating across teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
