Anything else?

Dear Hiring Committee, With extensive experience in campaign strategy, grassroots coordination, and stakeholder engagement, combined with a deep commitment to growth and success, I am prepared to lead in any given environment and arise to any challenge. As Regional Political Director for the 3rd Congressional District- Western Region of Wisconsin and Vice Chair of the Trempealeau County Republican Party, I have honed my ability to manage complex operations and build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders. I successfully planned and executed local and statewide candidate events, coordinated grassroots efforts, and led community outreach initiatives, including GOTV campaigns and fundraisers, contributing to the election of 9 county board candidates and 6 school board members. My work required analyzing data to inform campaign strategies, drafting speeches, and managing social media and press releases, ensuring consistent messaging that resonated with communities and policymakers. While my formal education includes an AAS in Law Enforcement/Police Science, my extensive professional experience demonstrates my competence in policy, research, and leadership. I have a proven track record of overseeing content creation, managing teams, and fostering a positive, servant-leadership culture. For example, as a political director for the Western Region- 15 individual counties of Wisconsin, I supervised volunteer outreach, coordinated with community leaders, stakeholders and developed relationships with political organizations to enhance collaboration. These experiences have equipped me with the managerial and entrepreneurial skills needed to oversee and engage external scholars, and propose innovative initiatives. My commitment to growth and success drives my work. I have advocated for these values in public settings, and community events, and collaborated with state and local leaders to translate grassroots momentum into policy outcomes. I am eager to apply my skills in research, editing, and public speaking to produce high-quality outputs. I am confident in my ability to work in any capacity and lead a team to achieve any goals put in front of me. My experience engaging stakeholders, from Capitol Hill to local communities, positions me to build effective partnerships and amplify key messages. I welcome the opportunity to discuss my skills and experience. Thank you for considering my application. Sincerely, Christina Estenson
