I am a motivated professional who is looking to transition out of human services and into the private sector. I bring with me a large amount of experience in leading projects and developing programs for a vast array of individuals. I am taking my next venture professionally very seriously and want to be able to foster growth for all parties involved. I have experience in Republican Party affairs as I was a member of College Republicans and served as both vice president and president. I learned a great deal about leadership and developing projects from my time helping with local campaigns and organizing varying group activities. I was able to eventually help in my last years of college with the larger committee of College republicans of Minnesota serving as a regional vice chair. My experience from the Republican Party and conservative politics was greatly influential on my life and development as a leader. At the end of college I continued working in my current line of work, which as a Program Director, currently serves multiple residential care facilities caring for people with disabilities. I was able to advance and professionally grow while serving a population of varying individuals that have left lasting impressions on me. I find great reward in this current work of mine, but often think back to my work back in college in Republican and conservative circles. I donโt need to leave my current field, however, I am a person who always wants more. My current experience in helping individuals have thought me so much, but has cemented my conservative ideals. I want to be able to mend these two experiences of mine in order to create some kind of change for myself and others positively.
