The RFD will be charged with implementing a strong field program on the ground in each county made up of interns, volunteers and grassroots activists. The RFD will then train and manage these teams in the region to successfully hit weekly voter contact goals, staff events, track our opposition, and foster great relationships with elected officials and other stakeholders in the region. Organizing successful events in the region will also be vital to the public perception of the campaign and the RFD will be expected to work closely with our Finance, Political and Field Director to capitalize on each event within their region. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be emphasized. The RFD must establish excellent relationships with stakeholders in the region including elected officials, State Central Committee members, GOP County Chairs, and grassroots activists. The staffer must secure buy-in from these stakeholders through excellent communication and results on the ground. Partnering with these stakeholders will guarantee higher production and create a positive outlook for both our campaign and our candidate.
