Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at CGCN Group you will play a pivotal role in client services and overseeing and coordinating various projects and public affairs campaigns to ensure successful execution and delivery. You will work closely with our team of partners, clients, and stakeholders to manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables. Actual title and salary will be commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and communicate them effectively to team members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and expectations, and ensure alignment with firm goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, helping them achieve their individual and collective goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, in a consulting, public affairs, or government relations environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Knowledge of public policy and politics is preferred.
