We are looking for an all star to run one of our early stage companies. And this is our contract to you: 

• We'll pay you and/or give you equity in the company
• It will be hard, and you will learn a lot
• Sometimes I'll forget that you're young and never done this before
• I'll ask you what you think. Not as a pop quiz. Just to know.
• If I say "can you do that?" Just say yes & figure out how to do it later
• I'll invest in you as much as you're investing in yourself
• I'll push you into the pool, but I won't let you drown
• I will be brutally honest with you. I may be the first to do so
• You will get 3 years of experience in 1 year
• I won't give you any work that I haven't done myself
• You will end up in meetings you don't belong in, so that one day you belong in them.
• I'll judge you on your results, not your age \
