Media Monitoring Analyst

America Rising, LLC is a research and communications firm whose mission is to produce the content necessary to wage effective earned and paid media strategies. We do this by providing rapid response research reports, video tracking, media monitoring, and consulting through on-demand and subscription-based plans and platforms. Founded in 2013, America Rising has worked with more than 500 different Republican and conservative organizations and candidates to win races up and down the ballot nationwide.

America Rising LLC seeks a multi-talented individual to serve as a Media Monitoring Analyst. Under the direction of senior staff, the Analyst is responsible for media monitoring and compiling news compendiums for issue-based campaigns and clients.

Responsibilities Include:

Discovering, reviewing, and delivering newsworthy content, including print, broadcast, and social media, for clients

Compiling and concisely organizing compendiums on a variety of issues

Locating, recording, and/or clipping video requests for internal and external use, including tracking footage Skills and

Qualifications:

Strong interest in politics, campaigns, and news Attention to detail, eager to learn, and willing to think outside the box

An independent worker, but able to collaborate with other departments on a regular basis

The ability to handle multiple projects and self-manage deadlines in a fast-paced work environment

Must be available, on a semi-scheduled basis, to work irregular hours
