Responsibilities of the Position-
- Support our National Sales Team and their clients ensuring the team has the tools needed to service existing client’s needs.
- Assist the sales team in executing client’s overall strategy by clearly relaying each campaign’s objectives to the assigned Project Manager and/or Digital Sales Engineer teams.
- Develop knowledge of the client’s objectives and create the relationship with the clients where you become the primary point of contact.
- Provide strategic counsel and be the catalyst for executing and expanding the assigned client work.
- Keep each member of the team up to date on conversations and requests coming from their clients.
- Attend client meetings when requested by the Team.
- Develop and bring innovative ideas to the Team for new business opportunities.
- Ensure the CRM system reflects the accurate activities, opportunities and revenue of the team.
- Ensure the Team is submitting plans and filling out creative briefs in a timely fashion.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on experience and performance that allow the team to focus on revenue creation that provide career growth opportunities for this position.
Experience and Skills :
1. At least 3 years’ experience supporting a sales team and their client’s Knowledge of Majority Strategies processes and systems or Agency experience is a plus.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in Digital and Direct Mail advertising .
3. Proven work experience in a client facing position.
4. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
5. Problem solving abilities with a customer centric focus.
6. Excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities
