Job Title: Junior Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator

Department: Digital Advertising Operations

Reports To: Manager of Digital Marketing

About Us:The Digital Advertising Operations division, where this position resides, leverages data-driven targeting, world-class creative, and decades of experience to establish influential connections with online audiences.

Position Overview:The Junior Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. Reporting directly to the Manager of Digital Marketing, this position will collaborate extensively with the Account Services, Data, Social, and Web Development departments, as well as our Digital Sales team, to achieve performance goals and maintain compliance with corporate quality assurance standards across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute paid digital advertising campaigns on platforms including, but not limited to: Google Adwords, The Trade Desk, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, SnapChat, YouTube, Reddit, and others as needed.
  • Manage digital vendor relationships and execute third-party ad buys.
  • Oversee live digital advertising campaigns to ensure alignment with client marketing plan goals and metrics.
  • Adjust campaign bids and segmentations to drive impressions, spending, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) goals.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance, making recommendations for ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and targeting.
  • Manage digital ad accounts for reporting accuracy, information security, and ad relevancy.
  • Implement conversion pixel setup and tracking, and collaborate with Account Services and Web Development for proper ad tagging.
  • Meet professional obligations by maintaining efficient work habits, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating respect for colleagues.
  • Support cross-departmental and divisional projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Google Ads Certification
  • The Trade Desk Edge Academy Certifications (required within 30 days of employment)

Experience Needed:

  • 1-3 years of experience supporting a sales team and clients (Agency experience is a plus).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital and Direct Mail advertising.
  • Proven work experience in Google Ads, The Trade Desk, or Campaign Manager 360 (DCM) (or similar platforms).

Additional Experience with: (Preferred)

  • IAS, MOAT, POLAR, and MediaVoice platforms
  • Social media pixel management (tag creation, implementation, trigger/event setup), and Google Tag Manager
  • Google Analytics, SEM/SEO, Google Looker Studio, Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel
