Digital Copywriter - Political

Blitz Digital Group is seeking a creative, passionate, and driven Digital Copywriter who is self-motivated, to join our team and help fuel its company growth. Our Copywriter’s provide incredible direct-response emails and content for multiple online fundraising and marketing programs for conservative non-profit organizations, candidates, PACs, and associations.  

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Write effective direct response e-mails and P2P messages that generate net revenue, ROI and activate supporters
• Enterprise level email platforms to build responsive e-mail templates and code content
• Design and build landing pages for use in e-mail and advertising campaigns
• Know and understand conservative politics and each client’s mission and goals- - you will be interacting with clients
• Stay up to date on technology trends impacting online marketing & fundraising

• Strong writing and communication skills
• A positive attitude with outstanding communication and client relation skills 
• Strong knowledge of politics and conservative ideology
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of comparable experience
• BA/BS degree; preferably in Political Science, English/Writing, Marketing or Communications
• Experience in political or non-profit digital fundraising preferred
• Experience with HTML or enterprise mail platforms preferred
